Dr Chandran is currently a Professor at the Institute of Biological Sciences, Faculty of Science, University of Malaya. He has an exceptional array of expertise in various areas, ranging from post-harvest technology to food analysis and natural products.

Dr Chandran’s commitment to academic excellence is reflected in his extensive administrative contributions, including serving as the Chairman of the Institutional Biosafety committee and various other committee memberships.

Dr Chandran has also contributed to 54 publications on the platform “Web of Science” while also having 24 verified peer reviews.
