Joel Leong is a business consultant specialising in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and business management. He has vast experience in various industries like industrial engineering, IT, food, precision engineering, semiconductor, ordnance, and electronics. He was the Chief Financial Officer of several listed companies on both Mainboard and Catalist board of SGX in the past. He is also an independent director of several listed companies of SGX.

Joel Leong graduated from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University’s Accountancy with Second Class Honours in 1994.

Mr Leong is also an active volunteer taking leadership positions in many grassroots and non-profit organisations. He was awarded National Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in 2019 for his volunteering service in the public sector.
